“ First time experience. Waitress, manager and chef all spoke with me. Service was top top. Ambience is adorable. Had roasted pepper savory lunch crepe with chicken and a half-crepe Golden Delight for dessert. Looking forward to coming back. Restaurant has been open since 2009 and is a West Reading keeper. ”
“ I absolutely love this place! Nice staff, good drinks, and delicious sweet and savory crepes! ”
“ Everytime my son and I come here everyone is always pleasant and the service is great. I have never had a bad experience here. The food is always amazing and consistent. It is our favorite breakfast spot. Thank you! ”
“ I would have to break down my review as others have done. Arrival: Since the restaurant is so small they have you wait outside. Sadly, we didn't have coats with us and we had to stand in 27 degree temperatures for 15 minutes. Wish I had known that. Once let inside you can see there are only a few tables inside, most for only 2 people. Maybe 7 or 8 tables total. We waited for another 10 minutes just to ask for water. The waitstaff: Our waitress was very nice and once she took our order she never stopped moving. We appreciated that we were able to sit at the back because you could feel the frigid cold every time the door opened. I saw the people up front put their coats back on. The food: Excellent. We had the egg and bacon crepe, the breakfast roasted red crepe and we split a cinnamon crepe. Only water to drink and the bill was $34.66 before tip. They do keep moving so you aren't sitting and waiting for your food forever, which was nice. Overall, I would go if I was in the mood for a crepe, as they were delicous. Just keep in mind that an egg and bacon crepe is now $12.95, the roasted red is $12.50 and the cinnamon is $7.25. Pretty pricey compared to other places and on street parking can be hard to find so you will be parking a block or two away and waiting in the cold. ”
“ Delicious food and great service! We got savory, egg-based crepes. The crepe texture was very good, and the mix of cheese, spinach, and eggs was great. The server was very friendly and helpful as well. Would def recommend this place! ”
“ This place was slammed, which I suppose is a good sign. My service was quick and the staff was friendly. A little tight with the seating but that's my only complaint. I ordered the Monte Cristo crepe which is a spin off the breakfast sandwich. This was a great choice as it was awesome. Thinly sliced ham and turkey, cheese and egg, rolled in a super thin crepe dusted with powdered sugar, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Excellent. I will say there is a myriad of choices from breakfast to lunch options. Hard decisions. ”
“ Best crepes I've ever tasted the service is always great and it's a relaxing atmosphere. Your in West Reading try them out. Do your taste buds a favor and go there. ”
“ I was meeting a friend for lunch. They chose Taste of Crepes. It looked great on the menu. When we arrived my friend had already grabbed a table outside. When we arrived waters were brought out. It did take a little time for the waiter to get our order, but he caught up a little. Service was slow. Not sure if they are affected by all the staffing shortages. So no complaint at this time... sometimes you just have to be understanding. I had to order a savory and sweet crepe. My savory was the Philly Chases steak. It was fantastic! Mine was made with cheese wiz. It had great flavors. My sweet was strawberry, Banana, and Nutella. That was delicious with just the right amount of ingredients in both. My friends raved about them as well. You have to try this location. They have both indoor and out door seating. Pricing was reasonable as well. ”
